If you've never had the opportunity to visit Yosemite, do it! There are really no words to describe the amazing scenery and beauty of everything around you. For almost an hour upon entering the park gates, you are driving on curvy roads surrounded by lots of trees, which is gorgeous, don't get me wrong, but on the other side of Tunnel View - a long concrete tunnel that stretches for at least a few miles - is where it all really comes to life. Upon exiting Tunnel View, one is greeted with the infamous El Capitan on the left, Half Dome in the middle, and various waterfalls scattered abroad the valley's floor. It is really a breath-taking scene.

There is so much to see and do. From wildlife (think deer that are less than 3 feet away from you, and bears outside your tent at night :), to waterfalls, to simpler beauties like flowery meadows and swinging bridges, it is an experience of a lifetime. Check it out!
